General terms of use and sale for the AI Explorer service.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the AI Explorer website, accessible at ai-explorer.io, published by AI Explorer (sole trader, France).
Using the site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. AI Explorer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.
These terms apply to all users of the site, whether anonymous visitors, registered members, or premium subscribers.
AI Explorer offers two levels of access:
Free access (no registration)
- Browse the AI tools catalog
- Use search filters
- Compare up to 4 tools
- Read reviews and ratings
Member access (free registration)
- Save favorites and comparisons
- Publish reviews and ratings
- Submit tools for listing
- Access personal history
Premium access (paid subscription)
- Tool promotion and sponsorship
- Badge and increased visibility in the catalog
- Statistics and performance reports
- Priority support
AI Explorer reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of non-compliance with these Terms, without notice or refund.
AI Explorer's offers are detailed on the pricing page. Prices are shown in euros inclusive of all taxes.
AI Explorer offers two types of paid products:
Premium subscription (recurring)
- Access to premium features renewed automatically
- Cancellable at any time from your account
Visibility boosts (one-time purchase)
- 7-day, 15-day, or 30-day boost
- Tool featured in the catalog for the chosen duration
- Service execution begins immediately after payment
Add-ons (one-time purchase)
- Fast review — priority processing of your submission
- Rich profile — enhanced formatting of your tool listing
- Launch pack — bundle of services for launching a tool
- Activated immediately after payment
AI Explorer reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect ongoing subscriptions until their renewal date. Customers will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.
In the case of a promotion or special offer, the specific terms of that offer take precedence over these Terms for the duration of the offer.
Premium offer payments are processed securely online via our payment provider Stripe. AI Explorer does not store any banking data on its servers.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- SEPA direct debit
For subscriptions, payment is automatically charged on each renewal date. You will receive an invoice by email after each payment.
Premium subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; premium access remains active until that date. No pro-rata refund is granted for the remaining period.
Under applicable consumer protection law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription, unless you have expressly requested immediate execution of the service and waived your right of withdrawal at the time of payment, in which case no refund can be granted.
Visibility boosts and add-ons (one-time purchases)
Visibility boosts and add-ons are digital content and services with immediate execution. The right of withdrawal does not apply once execution of the service has begun with your express prior consent and your express waiver of this right, collected at the time of payment.
Consequently, no refund can be granted for a boost or add-on once payment is confirmed and the service is activated.
Exceptions
A refund may be considered only in the event of a proven technical failure by AI Explorer rendering the service completely unusable, upon justification and at the sole discretion of AI Explorer.

By using AI Explorer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when registering
- Not impersonate a third party
- Not publish illegal, defamatory, misleading, or malicious content
- Not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the site
- Not use bots or automated scripts without authorization
- Respect the intellectual property rights of AI Explorer and third parties
- Submit only genuine reviews based on real experience
Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension and, if applicable, legal proceedings.
AI Explorer strives to keep the site accessible 24/7, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or in cases of force majeure.
Information about AI tools (pricing, features, availability) is provided for informational purposes and may change. AI Explorer cannot be held liable for decisions made based on this information.
AI Explorer's liability shall not be engaged for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first.
In accordance with consumer protection law, you may resort to consumer mediation. Failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
