Sentifyd offers a free tier to start building your agent. New accounts receive 500 free credits upon signup, and no credit card is required to begin.

Sentifyd uses a credit system where costs vary based on the avatar type and usage. For example, 3D avatars with standard voice cost 2 credits per minute, while video avatars cost 16 credits per minute. Credits can be purchased in bundles, with larger bundles offering a lower per-credit price.

Sentifyd practices a Zero Data Retention policy, meaning conversation transcripts are processed transiently and not stored on their servers. Users own their conversation data and can download transcripts.

Sentifyd supports two types of avatars: 3D avatars, which can be chosen from a library or created as a digital twin using Avaturn, and ultra-realistic video avatars powered by Azure. Both 3D avatar types offer different voice modes with varying credit costs.

Sentifyd uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for training. You can upload documents like PDFs, Word docs, or Excel sheets, or provide a website URL. The AI indexes this information to create a knowledge base for accurate responses.

Sentifyd avatars can be deployed through manual web integration using a web component, via a WordPress plugin, or by sharing a dedicated link. Native Shopify and mobile apps are also under development.

While Sentifyd currently offers web integration and a WordPress plugin, a standalone mobile app is under development and will be available in the future.
